Hello Loyal CSA Members,
It's easy to tell the days are getting cooler, the nights getting cozier and the veggies are getting bigger. Last week was pretty much the tail end of our Summer fare. We will still have a few summer veggies showing up in your shares but from here until the middle of November we will be seeing some of the items we started our season off with. This week, we'll have some beautiful purple bok choy, bulging napa cabbage, purple turnips and greens as well as the end of our cucumbers, zucchini and squash. Hopefully the watermelons last week were delicious as it's always a guessing game when harvesting those large melons. I want to thank you for your continued support as I navigate my first year here in Northeast. I truly enjoy seeing you pick up your veggie share and pop up stand boxes at the gorgeous refurbished barn here at Cropsey Community Farm.
