Mid-August is upon us, the farms are super busy harvesting and watering! all of the crops. All the delicious summer fare will be available in boxes the week of August 24, customize your box to get exactly what you'd like, you can purchase Extra veggies, cheese, eggs, meats and more, to compliment any meal plan.

Update from South Paw Farm
Here at South Paw Farm, we've been diligently keeping up with production tasks–weeding, fertilizing and the big one, watering. With almost no rain in the past 2 months, we've been refreshing our crops with our farm's pond, though it's looking mighty low. We know our days picking tomatoes are numbered, so we've been fortifying our late Fall crops by lavishing them with attention. For the first year ever we trellised our peppers (you're definitely supposed to do that), ensuring healthy, robust plants that will yield up to the first hard frost. We're looking forward to picking our onion acreage, setting them to cure and getting them all stockpiled in our insulated shipping container for safe keeping over the winter. All in all, we're cruising right along.
