Spring has sprung and the farms are transitioning cold weather crops into the fields, and greenhouses are full with all of the delicious seedlings that will feed us for another year!

Update from South Paw Farm
Here at South Paw we've been welcoming the good weather. Losing plastic in a windstorm last week didn't stop us from keeping our spirits high and knowing that summer is around the corner. With the most recent forecast, we've finally felt comfortable putting some hardy plants out in the field like kale, chard, cilantro and lettuce. We started planting tomatoes in the unheated high tunnel, which might be a gamble, but we'll see. We're almost (and finally!) through our winter storage carrots, so thanks for all your diligent eating this winter.
