We have been dealing with some hot weather on the farm for the last week. We have been taking lots of water breaks and getting out there early to beat this heat. The veggies have been loving it! they are growing like weeds and the weeds have been growing like weeds too. We are doing our best to tackle those weeds but I swear they have grown 2 feet in the last week. Unfortunately for our greens lovers they do not love this heat. Chinese cabbage, tatsoi, and spinach are gone until things cool down. That also means we have veggies coming early as well. Zuchini and peas are here and potatoes, summer squash, and green beans are just around the corner.
