It's been getting a bit chilly at night recently...I can definitely feel a change coming!!
The photo above is our kale patch! It has been very productive this year and it is some of the tastiest kale we have ever grown. We must have done something right over there!!

This week we will be bringing in corn from my aunt and uncle at Forman Farms!! Our sweet corn crop isn't going to produce enough for everyone so we thought it would be nice to source some instead.
Forman Farms is located in Seeley's Bay. Charlie and Christine Forman have been farming there for years and they are well known (especially for their sweet corn) in the Kingston area. Their farm is NOT certified organic.
The sweet corn is a bi-colour variety (yellow and white) and has not been sprayed with any chemicals (pesticides or fungicides).
We will also have products from Against the Grain Farms and Barking Root Botanicals again!!
