We have SOOO many peppers this week! We pulled everything off the plants to ensure their survival with the chilly nighttime temperatures we are getting now.
There are so many ways to use peppers! I suggest freezing some for the winter if possible! Most of the time I just chop and freeze them, but it also works well to roast and then freeze. It's pretty quick to whip up a roasted red pepper soup using the pre-roasted peppers!
We have squashes from Forman Farms again (and we are picking up more this week...so don't despair if you miss them this time) and Macintosh apples from Hall's Apple Market as well.
