Week 22
This week we have lots of beautiful greens available including romaine and bunched mustard greens! The stir fry mix and salad mix are still going strong and the turnips are so delicious and crunchy!
Our yields of carrots and beets are not as high as we had hoped, so we got some from Stuart and Nikki at Rooted Oak Farm in North Augusta. They are a certified organic farm local to us!
We have a some patty pans and peppers from Epoch Acres, winter squashes from Forman Farms and apples from Hall's Apple Orchard as well.
