I know I might sound like a crazy person suffering from extreme cabin fever - but, let me be the one to tell you, green garlic is truly a magical ingredient that needs to be properly celebrated!
** IMPORTANT INFORMATION **
If you pick up regularly at the Churchill County Library, your pickup this week is at Lattin Farms
If you pick up at the Nevada Marketplace at the Reno Town Mall, Dave Asher will once again be waiting outside the mall with your produce box.
** EVEN MORE IMPORTANT INFORMATION **
Our regularly scheduled break between seasons was intended to give our drivers and volunteers an opportunity to recharge (I was supposed to go visit my adorable nephews in Brooklyn). But, as there is absolutely NO WAY that I am going to get on a plane, we are going to be offering pop-up boxes from April 12th - May 15th. Box deliveries will continue to be on Fridays at the same locations that are available in the winter season. HERE'S THE IMPORTANT PART: In order to purchase boxes, you will need to sign up for the Farm Stand. There are NO SUBSCRIPTIONS available for these pop-up boxes. People who have signed up for Farm Stand notifications will receive an email when a box is available for purchase. Your preferences are still taken into consideration when building pop-up boxes, and you will still have the opportunity to swap items and add extras.
