The beautiful fall weather continues and so do the beautiful veggies!

We are as happy as you are to see things like salad mix and spinach and green beans included! The turnips have been amazing too!
I have been especially enjoying a being able to STILL experiment with a bunch of great recipes with all the amazing ingredients!
This weekend we made Potato Leek Soup with garlic, spinach and corn mixed in with the leeks and potatoes! It was AMAZING! We also had a hearty beef stew with all the root veggies, potatoes, carrots, turnips and beans!
Today we are making some cabbage rolls with our ground beef, tomatoes, rice, peppers and garlic!
Soooo much Yum! And so much awesomeness in these meals knowing the love and care that goes into the ingredients. I am soooo relieved to be able to feed my son Elam such nutient-dense foods, especially during cold and flu season.
