As we march into another week of FRESH, wonderful produce everyone is staying busy with weeding, watering, planting and harvesting! We thank you for helping to make this work, on our land a feasible business.
When you choose to support our farms, you support several small growers, their families, their dedication to growing organic and regenerative and the overall movement of knowing your farmer/growers, knowing right where your food comes from and that it will be there, no matter what! Again, we thank you for making that choice and we appreciate it every time you refer a friend to our food and our system! Be sure to let them know about our Lake Stay Share if they want produce from now until Labor Day, or our Summer Share that will be starting right after your Spring Boxes! If YOU haven't signed up for your SUMMER SHARE yet, please do to insure you have boxes coming all summer and fall!
This week we have STRAWBERRIES! Do not miss these, they are soooo sweet, everyone is just raving about them! We also see some new fresh herbs, some new head lettuce, beet greens LOTS of eggs and an abundance of SPINACH!
For these times of abundance don't hesitate to ask a friend if they want anything and just add it as an EXTRA to your box. Then of course encourage them to order their own :)
