So hard to believe we are winding down October! What a beautiful weekend and week ahead of weather! We hope you get to enjoy some wonderful fall activities.
On the farms everyone will be out tending to projects knowing winter is around the corner. If you are out and about be sure to stop in!
Let us know if you are looking to stock up on any fall items like squash, potatoes, onions or carrots! We have lots of turnips too!
Spinach is back this week and possibly some salad will be added for last minute shopping at Corn Hill!
Carrots are going strong and are so sweet and delicious. Cabbage is back and Napa Cabbage too!
LOTS of cauliflower! if you haven't tried it, it's soooo fresh and delicious.
FUN FACT! Did you know that our milk supplier, Crystal Valley Creamery has been told by his inspector that he has the longest running, record LOWEST pathogen count on his milk tests, in the whole state of NY! This is a testament to how hard he works to ensure his cows are grazing, clean, lush grass and are happy and healthy, along with his great attention to cleanliness in his milking and bottling practices! Huge shout out to Nelson and Lucy for being such wonderful farmers who care deeply for their animals, their land and their customer family! You can taste the difference in every bottle and see it in how fresh and long lasting the product is in your refrigerator each week.
