Hi! Everyone after too much rain we are dry today, or we were until it started raining again about an hour ago. We have lots of delicious produce for your CSA bags next week. Don't forget the classic Ceasar Salad which is made from romaine lettuce as an option for your Memorial Day celebration. Probably there will not be many cookouts this year since we all need to stay safe.

Asian Bok Choy Salad (4 to 6 servings)
- 4 teaspoons rice vinegar
- 1 Tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
- ¾ teaspoon sugar
- 5 cups sliced, raw bok choy
- 2 Tablespoons toasted chopped almonds
Wisk vinegar, soy sauce, oil, and sugar. Toss with bok choy. Sprinkle with chopped nuts. This keeps in the refrigerator for a couple of days,
