Hello everybody I hope they are well.
During the delivery on Tuesday, May 25, you will be able to see the first new products (Fennel and Kohlrabi), but you will also have Arugula, Chard, collards, Escarole, Red Kale, Braising mix, Parsley and mint.
Finally we managed to put all the transplants in the fields, and many direct seeds, next week we will be working with the entire infrastructure that supports the tomatoes, a very laborious job but in the end very satisfactory, seeing too many tomatoes ready for harvest.
The following week we will be preparing the fields to put our sweet potato plants and also more squash, sunflowers and beans. We have a lot to do each week and we do it with great pleasure.
