Hello everyone, I hope you are all very well.
During this week of deliveries you will have the following products: Yukon Potatoes, cucumbers, green bean, fennel, braising mix, escarole and basil.
We are in the stage of transitioning from greens to products without a leaf, and soon we will be harvesting squash, pepper, eggplant, tomatoes, okra, tomatillos, and melons. During this week we have been working hard on the potato harvest, in a couple of days maybe we finished, we have found more than a couple of snakes during the harvest, but fortunately they are the black ones that are only looking for mice to feed.
