Hello everyone.
This week you will have in your bag of vegetables: Eggplant, Cherry tomatoes, Squash, Green beans, Pepper, Tomatillos, Red potatoes and garlic.
Also This week we have added eggs as an EXTRA, This means you can purchase them but not swap out produce and herbs for eggs. The eggs are certified organic and pasture raised. The cost is $7.70 per dozen.
Today we had the visit of the inspector who supervised the work we carried out on the farm and thus continue with the Organic Certification, everything went well and he was delighted with the organization we have in the fields. We are happy and satisfied to have done a good job.
