Please choose the products you want to have in your next delivery. Arugula, Carrots, Beets, Kohlrabi, Red potatoes, Siberian Kale, squash, Collards and Basil.
We attach the following recipe:
Oven Roasted Potatoes with Fresh Herbs.
1.5 lbs. potatoes
2 Tablespoons vegetable stock, chicken broth or olive oil
1 teaspoon fresh chopped herbs (rosemary, dill, sage, basil or mixture)
2 teaspoons fresh chopped parsley
2 teaspoon paprika salt and pepper to taste vegetable oil spray Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Clean and cut the potatoes into 1 to 1.5 inch pieces. Toss with remaining ingredients. Spray a baking pan with vegetable oil. place the potatoes in a single layer on the pan and bake for 30 minutes, until potatoes are soft and brown and ready.
