We already have more new seasonal products, temperatures are increasing and products are quickly reaching their maturity.
From the list that we present, please choose the products that you wish to have in your next delivery.
Red Potatoes, Squash, Cucumbers, Tomatillos, Green onions, carrots, basil, lacinato kale.
We add the following recipe.
Summer Squash Patties.
4 servings.
4 green onions
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 medium squash grated
2 red potatoes grated
1 cup quick oats
2 eggs
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup canola oil.
Saute onions, potatoes and squash if fraying bread. Add to bowl with remaining ingredients. Scoop large spoonful's onto oiled baking sheet, bake until brow, turning once. Alternately, fry in additional oil.
Please don't forget to pick up your bag of vegetables at the usual places.
