We attach a delicious and easy recipe.
Lemon Blueberry tart.
1 tart shell (or pie shell)
2-3 cups fresh blueberries. picked over
2 cups lemon curd
sweet whipped cream (optional)
Spread lemon curd in bottom of tart shell. Top with blueberries. Serve with lightly sweetened whipped cream if desired.
