Local Maine Early Apples! Maine Grown Peaches! Aromatic herbs! Cherry tomatoes! Lush greens! Sweetest peppers! Hurricanes! "End of season" reminders! It's late summer on the farm!
While we're deciding whether or not we should worry about this maybe hurricane headed our way - you can ponder which you like more apples or peaches - and then decide to get both! Peaches and apples are both available this week - from Kelly Orchards and the Apple Farm. While I can make no promises regarding peaches (this may be a one shot deal), apples will, farm gods willing, be available until we get deep deep into that season that comes after summer that we cannot yet name (aka the f-word). So dive in and enjoy!
We've also got bulk basil in 1.5 lb bags for those who want to make and freeze pesto! Bag will be whole cut plants, but stuffed full ready for food processor! $12/1.5lb bag
