Hello all!
This week brings on board more variety! We have tomatoes, peppers hot & sweet, more watermelon & cantaloupe as well as a few eggplants to throw into the mix! We are also planning our Winter CSA, so heads up by next week we will start taking sign ups! Limited to 50 spots so if you want to continue to get our yummy, certified organic veggies this year stay tuned! It generally includes carrots, beets, potatoes, winter squash, turnips, winter radishes, shoots, greens, frozen goodies, and so much more! As with everything in farming no one crop is guaranteed, but we do our very best to maintain a wide variety of delicious.
We also have available 4 quarter beef, if you are interested contact my dad at 905-441-5269 you can get them cut to your preferences! And don't forget our delicious sausages, and chickens I can bring both to drop off!
We are sad to say this upcoming week is Claires final week before heading off to Waterloo University to do her Masters in Food Policy, we will miss her a lot! If you see her at drop off give her a big thanks for her year & a half of amazing work! It is our team that makes this farm possible!
