Well it is hard to believe we are starting into week#8 of our CSA boxes! It is incredible how fast time fly's when your having fun. This week saw us plant the winter storage carrots and beets, and hill the potatoes for the second time round. The work never ends do to the weeds, and the harvest is growing! Beets, new potatoes, some early cabbage, cucumbers, and Clearwater Tomatoes are joining the basket this week!
I am running a little late and have to head to the field so I know this is brief but if you want your veggies we must take care of them! Hahaha!
