So here we go! I am currently praying for rain, hoping this time it does not pass us by...but if it does we will be thankful for what we have!
Back on the menu this week is mesclun, head lettuce, and carrots! We are adding basil, more cooking onions to our harvest list this week!
The winter squash is coming along well, and in the near future we will have watermelon & cantaloupe!
