While our Lake Barcroft CSA members are gobbling up all the yummy spring vegetables we are harvesting we have tons of meat, bread, sweeteners, coffee, and ferments that we can offer in the Farm Stand. To clarify our terminology, our CSA members sign up for a delivery every 2 weeks for the entire season May - November. They get first pick and often all of our vegetables are distributed to the CSA members. When we have extras, we list it in a Farm Stand and this week we have tons of amazing extras. Your orders will be home delivered on Friday May 14, between 5-8pm. If you are bummed about missing out on vegetables, don't despair. We have CSA spots that are still open. Welcome to Meadow Wood Farm! This year we are so excited to be offering our customers in Falls Church/Arlington and Midloathian/Richmond the highest quality and variety of food the Shenandoah Valley can produce. COVID-19 has limited our lives in so many ways and we hope to be one avenue where there are more safe choices. With food supply chains being so affected by the pandemic, we hope to connect you all with nutritious, sustainably grown food and the farms around us with customers who are passionate about eating well. To do that we will be partnering with our friends and fellow farmers to fulfill as many food groups as we can.
