This week weather is crazy! Rain, snow and freezing temperatures. Charlie fixed one of our high tunnels, one of the beams had rotted with all the summer rains. Charlie and I dug 10 crates of sweet potatoes this last weekend, we had to work for them the ground was pretty wet. We had planted trail sweet potato called Bonita its a white flesh sweet potato its perfect for traditional potato dishes and not so traditional, like sweet potato French fries. Give them try, I think you'll like them.
