It's been a fast 6 weeks and Tuesday will conclude our 7 week Spring CSA. We truly enjoyed sharing the freshest of the fresh this early spring season.
Pink Beauty radishes are back! They will be small and baby sized this week (look for their adult counterparts first week of Whole Season!)
Everyone can have a big bag of lettuce salad mix this week and we have the first spring beets from the tunnel. The greens on these beets are gorgeous!
Garlic scallions are coming in strong and absolutely perfect for the grill, chopped fresh on salad or sautéed lightly with your spinach!
We're going out with a bang folks.
We will take off the week of May 10th - so no CSA - May 17th and May 19th mark the first Whole Season CSA shares.
May 10th we will be planting our field tomatoes, eggplants, peppers, summer squash, leeks, onions, cantaloupes and the list goes on! We will be getting ready for our Spring Festival too!

Spring Festival is Sunday May 15th 12-4pm and we are going to have a blast. Sign up on the website for a farm tour, baby goat petting zoo or drumming circle! Come out for the plant sale, the super cool NEW neighborhood food truck, a variety of great vendors, live music and MORE!
