There is a nice selection of Daily Crisis cheese.
The sweet potatoes from Siwik Family Farm are orange Beauregard and mostly BIG.
There are white Eva potatoes, red cabbage and carrots from Siwik Family Farm.
Fresh radishes and red beets with beautiful tops are coming from our tunnels along with baby boy choi, rainbow chard, dinosaur kale, salad mix and arugula.
There is the last batch of Nettle tea & the first batch of smoked chipotle salt plus our own smokey Chipotle hot sauce.
All the beef is from Shady Spring Farm just a couple of miles away. The Seitz family is rigorous with their high animal welfare from birth to butcher. It is 100% grass-fed and finished, the healthiest beef money can buy.
The chicken is pastured and raised non-GMO Oak Spring Farm.
