Oak Spring Farm Weekly CSA Update
Welcome to Oak Spring Farm! We're delighted that you've chosen to join us for the 2023 season. Thank you for being our partner in making local, sustainable food a reality in our community.
Kicking off the First Share of the Season with Easter Egg Radishes!
We're thrilled to have a bounty of colorful radishes for our first share of the main season!
Eat them fresh with (Daily Crisis) butter, pickle them to add a crunchy complement to grilled meats (Korean Kalbi!) or combine with the other veggies in your share for a refreshing and colorful early summer salad!
Get the Strawberries While They Last!
Our fields are teeming with these juicy, sweet fruits and we can't wait for you to taste them. Unfortunately, strawberries are only around for a short time, only bearing their delicious fruit a few weeks each year, so don't wait! For those of you with a fruit share or who add them as an extra, check out our recipe for Strawberry Rhubarb Pie, if you can avoid finishing them all on the ride home!
It's the last week to get plants for your garden!
We had a great plant sale last weekend, but we still have plenty of seedlings ready for your garden! Put in an order online or pick some out while you are at the farm or farmer's market picking up your share!
Spice up your week with some extras:
? Oak Spring Farm Strawberries
? Oak Spring Farm Chipotle Salt
? Daily Crisis Cheese
? Daily Crisis Sweet Cream Butter
? Shaw Orchard Dried Apples
? 100% Grass-Fed Ground Beef
? 100% Grass-Fed Beef Sausages

That's why we share tips and our favorite recipes that use our crops on our blog! This week, make a magical Strawberry Rhubarb Pie with our Oak Spring Farm Strawberries!
