Hello Farmily,
Thank you for supporting our first Winter CSA. We appreciate your enthusiasm and loyalty. We learned a lot and will be ready to make it bigger and better next year. Perhaps we will run it every week through January and February.
Your final winter share will continue with salad mix, spinach, Tokyo Bekana (I heard some good reviews), hakurei turnips, some beautiful, sweet baby carrots, spicy mix, kale and potatoes.
We will take a small break and start up with Spring shares soon.
As always please let us know what is working for you and what you'd like to see improvements with.
