Farm Happenings this week has been working on the Holland Marsh Pop-up Harvest Market. Opening day is Saturday 9-5
Monday/Wednesday closed.
Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 11:00am to 6:30pm
Saturday 9:00am - 5:00pm
Sunday 11:00am - 4:00pm

For our produce selection this week we are getting into the root vegetable season. The frost last week played havoc with lettuces and other leafy greens. Although this weekend will be warm, soup is always a healthy option for nutritious meal. Or a nice stew poured over mashed potatoes will definitely fill the belly.
