Fennelly...the end of the season is upon us. It's a SAD time for so many reasons. No more fresh fresh fresh food, no more working in the warm sunshine, no more smiling faces coming to the sites each week for pick up. And most of all, my hard working crew will start their winter hibernation and I will miss them :(
There are some HAPPY things about the end of the season. My personal favorite, we get to start planning for the next season! We all get some much needed rest from laborious work. Before we know it, the season will be up and going again when the end of February rolls around and we fire up the greenhouse for the 2022 season.
THANK YOU for your support this season. Your support and commitment to eating local is top notch and we wouldn't be here without you. Our share program is 85% of our total revenue. You really are the cilantro to our salsa...the parmesan to our eggplant...the hummus to our carrot. THANK YOU!
HECK YEAH! It was by far one of our BEST seasons for many reasons. The weather was hot but rain was plentiful. Our crew was smaller but our focus was BIGGER. Overall we all had a better life and work balance thanks to working smarter to get our goals accomplished. THANK YOU to the CREW for all they do to make things happen all while keeping smiles on their faces. Bravo!
The Farm Store at Park Ridge Organics exceeded our goals and is right on track to become quite the hot spot for local veggies (at least we sure think so). Watch your email for POP UP FARM STORE sales this winter starting in December where we will have a link to place an order online for pickup at the farm. Items will include winter storage veggies, other local products AND our famous Park Ridge Organics eggs.
Reminder that if you are set to renew, you will get an email with your order details on Friday. At that time you can make changes to your order or cancel (i.e. remove an add-on, change locations, etc). As of right now, over 85% of member are set to renew! Wow, such a compliment. Thank you.
