Happy Spring Everyone!
The 2019 growing season has begun and we are busy each week planting thousands of tiny seeds. Our first plantings of broccoli, kohlrabi, kale, lettuce, onions, leeks, peppers and eggplant are filling up the greenhouse. Also started are herbs from seed, celery and celeriac. Oh and don't forget about chard! Overall things are looking great and we are excited for this nice slow weather warm up. We plan to be in the fields at the end of April if weather cooperates.
