I want to clarify the options you have in the event you need to miss a week of share pickup. When you log into your Harvie member profile (https://www.harvie.farm/login) and go to My Deliveries there are 3 choices: Change Delivery, Change Location and Hold. Here is what they all mean.
FOR ALL OF THESE OPTIONS, YOU MUST MAKE YOUR CHANGES IN HARVIE BY FRIDAY NOON of the WEEK BEFORE the week you need to miss/change/reschedule. (Example: will be gone Thursday July 12th, must make changes by noon Friday July 6th)
- CHANGE DELIVERY: This is if you want to skip a week and double up on another week. This feature is GREAT if you are going on vacation. You do not need to miss out! For this option you must choose from a normal delivery date in the future and we will create you 2 shares on the week you choose. Be sure to look for 2 boxes when you go to pickup that week. They will both be clearly labeled. At Farm pickup, be sure to take all your share items. YOU MUST MAKE THIS CHANGE BY NOON ON THE FRIDAY BEFORE THE WEEK YOU ARE CHANGING/SKIPPING.
- CHANGE LOCATION: This feature has a few purposes. For all of them, YOU MUST MAKE THIS CHANGE BY NOON ON THE FRIDAY BEFORE THE WEEK YOU ARE CHANGING.
- If you are traveling for work and going to be closer to Neenah on a particular week than Appleton (for example) , you might choose to pickup in Neenah instead of your Appleton site that week. Please note that NOT ALL sites are open to the public. Some are only for Employees of that site (St Agnes, Thrivent).
- If you would like to pickup your share AT THE FARM a day or two later than your normal pickup day/time, we can do that for you but you must change your pickup location to: FARM SPECIAL PICKUP (RESTRICTED). This means we will hold onto your share at the farm and not send it to your normal scheduled delivery location. You also need to email us to tell us when you plan to come get it at the farm. That way we can make sure you can find it in our beautiful big barn.
- HOLD: This one really means CANCEL. If you put a share on HOLD it will not be made for you at all that week. This feature is good if you know that you are going to be gone a week but undecided as to when you want to get your double share (or plan for farm pickup instead). YOU MUST EDIT YOUR HOLD BY NOON ON THE FRIDAY BEFORE THE WEEK YOU ARE HOLDING or it will be lost forever.
