Hi all,
We've made it through the rain and wet up here. Well, there's certainly more to come, but the big atmospheric rivers certainly dumped a lot onto our fields. Lucky for us, our soil drains pretty quickly, and only have a few crops remaining in the fields. Our high tunnels did have a bit of standing water, which is slowly draining out.
This week's box brings some storage veggies, and lots of nice greens from the field and tunnels. The mild temperatures has meant we haven't quite had a hard frost yet. Which is a little worrisome, but it does mean you get lots of tender greens that would otherwise turn to mush.
See you at pick up!
