This week's box is the second to last one of your Winter CSA share. Wow, time has already flown by and spring will be here before we know it! The greens in the high tunnel are growing very well. Bags of spinach, salad, and arugula will be double in size this week-make room in your fridge! The cut-off time for adjusting your share this week is Thursday at 8 am.
We have been busy prepping for the main season. Plants, seeds, and supplies are ordered and the farm plan is well underway. Thank you to everybody who has signed up for the main season CSA. Your support helps us make these important purchases when money is tight during the winter.
