Hello, Pittsburgh friends! It's nice to speak with you again - what an odd summer, eh? We've come up with something to get you through the Dog Days - brand new, delicious cider! We've put some fresh Birdwatcher (with peaches) in cans and reformulated Dornick to be your every day, dry, apples-only go-to cider. Our new release is Brother, a cider made with quince for a rich, robust drinking experience with lots of cooked apple aroma, zippy acidity, and subtle spicy character. Throw in an "old faithful" like Stayman Winesap and you've got what we've dubbed the "PA Cider Guild Bundle". Not only have we discounted this bundle to $50, but we're committing to donate $20 to support the PA Cider Guild with each one we deliver. (What's the PA Cider Guild?) Well, I'm glad you asked! This is a grassroots non-profit organization benefiting cider makers and cider drinkers all over PA. The organization fights for legislative change in Harrisburg, educates folks about cider, and hold events. One such event, the PA Cider Fest, was forced to cancel in 2020 and the organization is working hard to generate these funds. You can learn more and become a member yourself at this link. Thank you all for supporting our farm with your beverage purchases and lets enjoy the last of summer as best we can right now!

About the farm
Ploughman proudly makes ciders from apples grown in Adams County, PA. We produce our ciders from a single source: apples harvested from the abundant orchards at Three Springs Fruit Farm.
We've been harvesting apples from our orchards at Three Springs Fruit Farm for over 200 years. We're proud to now produce a wide range of farm ciders from these apples. Ciders are made and released as the seasonal conditions allow, which means an ever expanding and rotating lineup of styles.
