Hi friends!
We've been hustling this week to get greens, roots, and summer crops planted while we have this nice weather! There are tomatoes planted in the greenhouse and soon we'll be planting peppers, eggplant, and ginger in our hoop houses.
This week we have some nice baby red beets for you, as well as more of the greens you've been getting in the past couple of weeks.
