Hi Friends!
Hope you all weathered that huge storm on Monday all right - we were lucky to make it through without any major damage on the farm. This week we're going to start harvesting from our first planting of carrots for the season. They're the perfect small spring planted carrots, wonderfully sweet and crunchy.
Also this week we'll have lots of fresh onions with greens (so onions and scallions in one!) and garlic, and we ended up with a lot of extra ginger that we've potted up - it's really good quality and will almost certainly produce fresh ginger for you as a houseplant.
