Whoo hoo! The first box of the 2021 season is ready tomorrow. Given that it continues to be a rather challenging Spring, there will be a few change- ups from the usual arrangement. This week's box will not have radishes or salad turnips due to flea beetle infestation. So, instead, you will get baby carrots, along with spinach, salad mix, and green garlic. Hopefully the heat wave will result in super early summer crops like zucchini, cucumbers, and tomatoes. We hope you are staying cool! Enjoy the fresh veggies!
