Here are a few key tips for getting the most out of your boxes (for old and new Members alike!):
- Make sure you are getting our emails! Add farmers@robinettefarms.com and support@harvie.farm to your contact list so you don't miss out on important emails and you know who to reach out to when you have any questions.
- Participate! The more active you are with your account the more you will get out of it. You have the ability to FULLY customize your box each delivery, so make sure you do! Get comfortable with the features available to you like skipping deliveries, changing the location of your delivery, and editing your preferences.
- Not sure how to do something in your account? Bookmark these FAQs so you have the answers at your fingertips.

- You have until 11 pm on Sundays to skip your delivery, customize your box, or change your delivery location.
- You have complete control over your delivery schedule. Login to your account and skip any weeks you don't need a box or create your own schedule that fits your needs better.
- You have complete control over what goes in your box. A box will get "built" based on your personal preferences, but you can edit your entire during your customization period. You never have to get the same items on repeat or items you don't need in your fridge or pantry.
