Last weekend Wouter had his first Saturday off in a long time: our neighbour Adrian Socha has taken on alternate market days, allowing Wouter to spend more time on the farm and with family. This will become especially important next month with the expected arrival of our third child.
Harvesting has been taking up a lot of time recently, but with spring newly here our focus is turning to getting seeds and plants in the ground ready for the next season. Work in the nursery greenhouse is not a bad choice for a rainy day!
