This hot weather has been great for the veggies that love the heat, like our Heirloom and Big Beef tomatoes, as well as our newest addition, Italian Eggplant. Our lettuce and kale are not sharing the love, though. They are not a fan of these hot, hot days, and we've lost quite a lot of the plants to bolting. We'll keep harvesting as long as we can, and there will be more to come. In the meantime, we now have cabbage, zuchinni, and loads of your other summertime favorites! By the way, this is Lola, our hard working farm dog.
