We are trying the Popup Farm Stand feature in Harvie for the first time. We have used Farm Stand to run in conjunction with the CSA, but never on its own. This will be a pickup only at the Market House on Saturday.
The picture is of overwintered leeks we harvested yesterday, they are ones we missed last Fall. When they started to regrow we didn't think they were any good, until we started pulling them to clean up the beds they were planted in to this years crops. There is a wide range in their sizes, other them that them are just fine.
There tomatoes on the cherry tomato plants and some of the peppers are stating to get peppers on them. We hopefully will not be to overly green and leafy for long.
As you can imagine it is very busy here right now with planting and more planting weeding, trying to getting the irrigation to work in the greenhouses.
