Zucchini Mock Crab Cakes 2 Cup zucchini grated or shredded 1 Medium onion grated 1 Tbs Bay sea food seasoning 1 Egg beaten 1 Tbsp mayonnaise 1 1/2 sleeves of Ritz crackers, crushed Mix well shape into cakes. Fry in oil until golden brown. |
