Snow Crown Cauliflower has been with us now for over a week. What does a person do with these puffy cloud shaped over sized snow ball like offerings from the vegetable kingdom? For starters eat it raw!! We like to dip it in Ranch Dressing too. Steam it and drizzle butter over the top then sprinkle with salt and pepper. Again steam it, mash it, and blend it with mash potatoes and butter, cheese, salt and pepper!
