It is hard to believe that after planting back in March that the tomatoes and peppers are bearing fruit. I am not sure about you, but I can not help asking myself how the time flies by so quickly any more. Here we are in August and we can now start turning our thoughts to salsa, sandwiches with tomatoes, and pickled banana peppers. How many pecks of pickled peppers did Peter Piper pick any how? And what in the world is a peck? Hmmm, a quarter of a bushel or so? Thanks and have a great week from all of us at Sunny Cone Farm!
