It has been colder the last couple of days here on the farm. We have needed to have a fire in the old wood stove the last two nights to take the edge off. It has made us real glad to see the winter squash is ready! There is nothing like winter squash roasting in the oven on a cool night. We will be offering Acorn, Butternut, and Carnival winter squash for $2.00 a piece while supplies last.
