---- Hard Freeze ----
We will be experiencing are first hard freeze of the season in a few days. A hard freeze is different from a frost because when the temperatures drop down to 25 degrees it pretty much kills everything. That means that this will be the last week for Kale, Broccoli, and Cauliflower
---- Fall Beets ----
We harvested a bunch of beets a week ago so we have plenty in stock. Fall beets have more sugar that summer beets so they should be a bit sweeter.
