Every year there is a time when we can find plentiful peppers, onions and tomatoes from farms around the state. Every year we make a few runs of "Summer Batch" salsa which has it's own characteristics. Our current vintage is a medium heat salsa made with all organic produce from Fisher's Produce in Bristow, Joe's Farm in Bixby and Better Together Farm in Daugherty. We used a blend of heirloom and red tomatoes and a roasted four pepper blend. We hope you enjoy!
