Sweet potatoes are on the way! Matt is driving down to Freedom Acres Farm near Ardmore tomorrow to pick up a load of organic sweet potatoes and squash. After several weeks of the same-old-thing, sweet potatoes sound pretty exciting to us.

Our butcher made a big batch of Native Meat Co. breakfast sausage, and it inspired us to share a few of our favorite breakfast foods with you, including some cinnamon rolls from Cinnsational Baking that are a staff favorite.

Winter squash is here!
The first batch of winter squash arrived from Crow Family Farms last week, and they are beautiful. There are acorn squash, butternut squash and spaghetti squash - remember you can swap and trade to get the squash your heart desires!

Shelled peas and sliced melons
