We get all of our beef from BF Farms and butcher it in-house - the ultimate in knowing where your meat comes from! Sometimes we end up with extras of certain cuts, but we rarely have extra steaks, so this week's sale on boneless ribeyes is unusual. On the produce side of things, we have peaches for you this week! It is our practice to only put Oklahoma produce in boxes, and these peaches are from Missouri, but we didn't think anyone would object given the circumstances (and if you do, feel free to swap them out - that's the beauty of this system!). Oklahoma's peach crop was decimated by some late freezes, unfortunately. Many of you will also see yardlong beans in your box - they're a variety of cowpea that's native to Asia, and you can use them like green beans. - Chelsey, Matt and the UA Team
